		<description>I have always thought that a well built manufactured home could be a better move than a stick built home.  However, it holds true that most of these properties do not hold their value even when placed on a foundation on their own lot.  We note that the land still appreciates but because of the publics poor perception of manufactured homes the unit itself declines in value.</description>

		<description>I agree and you can't tell the difference by looking at them at all.  Sadly, they don't hold their value in our market.  I think this will start turning around though as people become more educated about them.</description>
