I have gone to the seminar and they dont even want to answer questions. And they paid for our lunches the so called mentors which was great. But when ever you would ask them a question it would be BUS BUS BUS TOUR BUS VEGAS. AND MOST OF THE TIME THEY POSTED LITTLE VIDEOS TO KEEP YOU DISTRACTED AND OCCUPIED WHILE THEY TOOK BREAKS. THE MENTORS ARE PRE-TRAINED AND ARE LITTLE ROBOTS TO TELL YOU “GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE” AND LIVE LIKE HOW MILLIONARES LIVE. Bus tour added up one year of my mortgage payments. DONT GET SCAMMED.!!

We need to get together and file a civil suit against him!!!! I read somewhere that the Secretary of State of Nevada (I believe) would persue the case if we got enough people together. I will look it up and forward to you.

i cannot believe these crooked seminars are still around and that they havent been legally shut down…i cringe to think how many innocent people are targets of this scam shame on all those involved who know what they are doing!!!!!

I am so very glad all the blogs are on here to read. I went to the one day “free” seminar and signed up for the 3 day seminar. If there were not these posts no one would know that when you go to the 3 day, you are presented with the bus tour, mentoring etc. It appears that you get all the perks at the 3 day seminar for 1500. Again thank you for posting this, as I cancelled within the 3 days so I didn’t have to waste my 1500 & the 800 for the tax information.

I wish I would have done some research before going to this free “seminar.” I don’t buy into things very easily, but they did have a trained actress and a mormon missionary doing all the talking. Once they started putting garantees on everything I thought “ok, i’ll give it a try,” and held out my credit card.

All the AMS(Armondo M. Seminars) attendants seemed nervous. One took my card quickly to go run it while i started asking more questions about the garantee. I noticed that all the blanks where signatures should go on the garantees were empty. I said “hey man, dont these need to be signed?” The attendant nervously scribbled AMS on the line where is said signature. I said “aren’t you going to write your name?” He then wrote GRE in worse print than my 7yr old daughter. Right then I knew it was too late, I’d been scamed. I tried to cancel the transaction with them, but I had already signed the check and they told me i had to go through the cancelation process which involves mailing in a form within 3 days of the transaction.

Needless to say I just got home from this giant scam. I’ve filled out the cancelation form and called my attourney. I feel stupid if anything. I’m a hard worker and I pay attention when I’m being told how to make money…but this wasn’t such a situation. Just pure blah blah blah buy our classes. p.s. if you start asking questions during the seminar they will throw you out (figuratively speaking).

what im hearing is the same thing robert allen was doing. give me $1,500 for attending our seminar and ill make you rich.

one time this realestate guru called me back you know “how are you…..” pondering on the phone……i told him i was doing good……….the point here is simple………when they call you ……..just put the receiver on the floor……..and let them chat-away……..that way you re not rude and they can get nice practice.
Armondo is a business man! i know his family is extremely proud of him! + im wondering if he talks to his brother rick out in san antonio> you know the part of the family that actual runs a legitimate operation. im thinking he taints the name montelongo IF any of this is true.
and by all that bus-hoopla which has 0 to do with anything it just leads me to wondering what is he doing?
it smells like bullshit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i signed up for the 3 day seminar.paid with my atm card as credit.need to know if i can back out and get my $ 1500 back.i was told that if you did not close a deal in 6 moths,then your money would be refunded.is this true? need advise
