  1. please let me know if you come across good multi-family investment property. We are looking into the Austin area. Thanks

  2. Ha – I wonder If I should have a poll im my market place and see what the real public perception is? Naw……..probably
get squealed on by some “fake tor” for misuse of the word “realtor”.

  3. That was some good stuff there. It is hard to say where we will all be at the end of the year.

  4. I believe we can all relate to that… Especially during one of the most challenging and interesting markets in decades. Without laughter, there’s no point anyway, good or bad. Thanks for the smile!

  5. The article title caught my eye. It definitely a question that needs to sorted before entering the markets. As the interest rates are low it is a great time to buy an investment property.

  6. Good cartoon, but on a side note we are seeing fraud realtors giving us good realtors a bad name. I live in 2 areas,
Northern New Jersey and SW Florida. In the last couple of months in FLA we had the biggest commercial real estate guru “mysteriously” vanish and drown in the Atlantic Ocean (oh…and he was about to be indicted by Fed’s for racketeering and fraud)…His right hand man just got CONVICTED on 12 counts of fraud totalling 180 years in prison which will likely be reduced to 12 yrs at sentencing…To top it all off, a sweet lady who owned the most popular title company in town just on Friday just got arrested for grand larceny!! People laugh at our industry down there….Anyway, thought I’d share a good story.

  7. “Well, given some of our competition, weรขโ‚ฌโ„ขve worked with some real turds! :o)”

So true Joe. I’ve been dealing with a few of those over the past couple of weeks.

    Great comic.

  8. That’s so funny and so true ๐Ÿ™‚
Thanks for sharing it. I am going to show this to all the agents I know. They’ll get a kick out of it.
