  1. Nice job! These Top 10 Style lists do help bump Real Estate transactions. When Hilton Head Island shows up on one of these we’ll get calls /emails that start out “I read about Hilton Head in such and such magazine.”

  2. Happy reading and list. Found that none of the cities on the 10 best list are located in the 4 largest foreclosure states. They would have needed all the support they can get, to come out of their difficult situation.

  3. I have only been in Austin for a little over a year now and one of the main reasons i chose to move here was because the economy was so good compared to other places in the US. Keep in mind i came from Las Vegas and we all know how the housing market there took a huge dive. Austin being #1 on this list comes to no surprise!

  4. Real Estate is having a big part on the business world, on real estate, selling is not as easy as eating peanuts, you need to have the guts, proper marketing and being honest on what you are selling but definitely real estate is really a great investment because it gives a lot of opportunity.Brainard Ridge Realty is a full-service real estate brokerage and development company, specializing in Timberframe and Custom Log Homes.

  5. I’m a real estate agent considering moving to Austin. I don’t have any connections whatsoever. Do you think that this type of attention will allow me succeed? Combined with hard work of course!

  7. Go Austin! Congrats! Austin is a great town. We here in Vegas are seeing a slow upturn in real estate. Selling real estate was order takers a few years ago. Those that have hung in there and continue to do so will be the winners.

  8. Houston should be on that list I hope.:-) I know there a a few spots we can improve at be we are coming around and growing more and more. Way to go Austin but be on the look out for your neighbor. 🙂

  9. I left Texas in the late 70’s for Southern California and Austin was a small sleepy state capitol and a big college town. It’s come so far it’s amazing!

  10. Austin is a particularly strong area for growth. As real estate values go up, some apartment building owners may choose to convert their units to condominiums. This is a growing trend nationwide and so long as Austin continues to grow, we could see more of this.

  11. I’ve been in Austin for about a year and a half and i absolutely love this place. I came from Las Vegas and although vegas has the glitz and glamour, Austin has a sense of character that i’ve never seen.

  12. Thank you for sending this beneficial topic. I think the best way for improving the real estate trade in any other place is to follow the same steps which lead to its prosperity. people always prefer dwelling countries where they can find the best chances of work , education and health caring

  13. This is my first visit on this blog and i m glad to see your blog….you have done an amazing job with this blog…thanks for sharing this great information about the real estate with us.

  14. Very informative. I think the whole area in and around Austin is one of the nicest places. Stuff like this really does help boost sales as said before. This is something I think a lot of people search for when moving to or planning on moving to a new city.

  15. I can see why Austin is the place so many people want to move to. I talk to people in southern california who tell me they want too or are planning to move there in the next 1-3 years. Sheesh, i should try referring them over to an agent like yourself who knows the market like you do. Hoepfully you have a good lender to refer them to as well.

  16. Your content taken me away with its wide details and excellent composing. Thanks for the details. I’m really grateful that you discuss your thoughts about this. I must communicate these concepts to my buddies.
